Overview

Senior Manager, HR Operations Portfolio Delivery — onsite in Miami, Florida. Reports to the Director, HR Portfolio Delivery. The Senior Manager will play a vital role in key business projects for the global HR Operations and Crew teams. This role is responsible for all aspects of the conceptualization, development and implementation of assigned projects, programs and initiatives involving people, process, and technology, leading cross-functional teams across the business unit and enterprise. The Senior Manager of HR Portfolio Delivery will serve as Project Manager and Business leader and will interface with all areas affected by the project or initiative, which typically roll up to the EC and include HR and Technology Leadership team members, shared services, as well as other departments within the business and enterprise. Responsible for the full execution and success of the project scope objectives that will be measured.

Responsibilities

Responsible for critical HR Operational and Crew programs that span across people, process, and technology. Always transforming the environment, impacting cross functions, business units and enterprise.

Present to leadership on a regular basis, conducting regular status updates, transitioning initiatives, main risks and benefits of the programs.

Define the scope of transformational initiatives, leading the business to continuous optimization.

Manage matrix project teams, leading leaders and subject matter experts through transformational initiatives. Own project plans, milestone achievement, and dependencies to achieve deliverables.

Lead all program communications, tracking, reporting, status, escalations, dependencies and executive guidance.

Drive integration and optimization of all component & dependent projects, processes & applications within the project/initiative.

Establish, manage and maintain criteria and tools to effectively and efficiently lead and report against program execution with measurable results.

Lead effective collaboration of project contributors across all functions in order to deliver efficient and timely project delivery.

Accountable for the successful execution of multiple complex programs, which typically consist of multiple projects and workstreams.

Manage the program timeline by identifying all project internal & external interdependencies.

Transformational leadership by gaining buy-in and support of senior leadership for major programs, provide regular status updates and drive the program from conceptualization to execution and governance.

Matrix management of leaders, partner functions, product owners, business analysts, technology architects, business system analysts, technical application leads, outside consultants, vendors and other key stakeholders inside and outside of the organization.

Manage the Capital Allocation Request, overall budget and expenses for all programs.

Qualifications

Highly strategic, proactive, and organized

Strong interpersonal skills

10+ years project management / business analysis experience, preferably within HR or logistics

Experience using AGILE, PMP, or Scrum methodology (or equivalent)

Proven track record of portfolio management across a broad range of HR process areas and workflows including but not limited to: HCM, Case Management, Learning, Employee Engagement, Workforce Management, Recruiting, Sourcing, Compensation, and Reward

Ability to define and execute multiple detailed activity plans simultaneously

Skilled in customer-facing activities covering requirements gathering, data preparation, timeline management, and documentation preparation

Ability to communicate and work collaboratively within a team and have strong influencing skills

Ability to coach and advise senior stakeholders

Ability to conduct and facilitate workshops with business representatives, management and executives, team member resources, and external third-party groups

Ability to manage ambiguity with demonstrated confidence & credibility

Strong judgement and decision-making skills

Experience working with contemporary HR Technology platforms is strongly preferred (e.g., Success Factors, Salesforce etc.)

Location The position is onsite and based in Miami, Florida.
