Serve as a servant leader guiding and supporting product owners across development teams. Lead the execution and development of the product vision, driving business value, and improving customer experience. Manage dependencies across teams and cross‑functional partners. Foster organizational alignment, ensuring that product owners are empowered to deliver outcomes. Product Framework

At least 5 years of experience working in Product Management. Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems) or an equivalent. A Master's Degree or MBA with a quantitative concentration is acceptable. Preferred Qualifications
Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer‑facing digital products. Compensation & Benefits
Salary
– Houston, TX: $175,500 – $200,300 for Sr. Manager, Product Management. Richmond, VA: $175,500 – $200,300 for Sr. Manager, Product Management. Benefits
