About The Team Product Management within the PULSE debit framework is centered on driving innovative and sustainable customer experiences through technology, with a strong emphasis on reimagining the status quo and identifying new opportunities for value creation. The Senior Manager Product Management acts as a servant leader, guiding and supporting product owners across development teams. This role involves leading the execution and development of the product vision, driving business value, and improving customer experience while managing dependencies across teams and cross‑functional partners. The Senior Manager is expected to possess deep technical and business architecture skills, enabling them to recognize patterns and resolve complex problems efficiently. They are responsible for fostering organizational alignment, ensuring that product owners are empowered to deliver outcomes, and are often recognized for their expertise and contributions both within and outside the company.

Basic Qualifications
At least 5 years of experience working in Product Management
Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining one of the following with an expectation that the required degree will be obtained on or before the scheduled start date:
A Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field)
A Master's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field) or an MBA with a quantitative concentration
Preferred Qualifications
Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer‑facing digital products
Compensation & Benefits The minimum and maximum full‑time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location.
Houston, TX: $175,500 – $200,300
McLean, VA: $193,000 – $220,300
Richmond, VA: $175,500 – $200,300
Candidates hired to work in other locations will receive the salary associated with that location. This role is also eligible for performance‑based incentive compensation, including cash bonus(es) and/or long‑term incentive (LTI) awards.
