We are seeking an experienced Superintendent to oversee multifamily construction projects. The Superintendent will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with safety and quality standards. This role requires strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a diverse team of subcontractors and laborers. Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day operations on construction sites for multifamily projects Coordinate and supervise all construction activities and subcontractors Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes Develop and maintain project schedules using MS Project or P6 Monitor project budgets and expenditures to ensure financial goals are met Conduct regular site inspections to assess progress and quality of work Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to ensure project specifications are met Provide training and mentorship to junior staff and laborers Facilitate communication between stakeholders, including clients and regulatory agencies Qualifications
Proven experience as a Superintendent in multifamily or commercial construction Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and legal regulations Proficiency in project management software such as MS Project, P6, or SureTrak Experience with CMiC or similar construction management software Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings Excellent leadership and team management skills Strong problem‑solving abilities and attention to detail Familiarity with various construction methods including concrete, carpentry, and metal‑framing Experience in affordable housing, Multifamily and mixed‑use developments is a plus Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred 401k Match PTO, Holiday, Sick Pay Cash bonus based on performance Paid parental leave Adoption & infertility treatment assistance Student loan pay down program Seniority level
