What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Lead and develop a multidisciplinary team of Business Analysts, Application Developers, Project Managers, and Application Support specialists
Oversee the planning, implementation, and optimization of the Global ERP (Microsoft D365) platform
Assess current technology capabilities across Finance, HR, and Legal, defining the long‑term system strategy and roadmap
Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate business objectives into actionable product requirements
Drive process improvement and automation to streamline financial operations
What is Required (Qualifications)
8+ years of ERP experience, with 3+ years of hands‑on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365
5+ years of experience as a Product Owner or in a similar leadership role
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, Computer Science, or a related discipline—or equivalent experience
Demonstrated experience translating business architecture and process design into clear system requirements
Proven experience managing teams of 5–8 IT professionals, including analysts, developers, and project managers
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Certifications: PMI/PMP and/or Agile/Scrum certifications strongly preferred
Strong grasp of SDLC, DevOps, and technology delivery methods for SaaS‑based business applications
Analytical mindset with a passion for problem‑solving, optimization, and continuous improvement
