Responsibilities
Represent ownership across all project phases, ensuring alignment among design teams, contractors, and stakeholders. Manage budgets, schedules, and quality standards for large‑scale developments. Oversee permitting, regulatory compliance, and FF&E procurement. Utilize advanced project management tools (Procore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, MS Project) to track progress and maintain transparency. Conduct site inspections, manage punch lists, and ensure timely close out with full documentation. Drive continuous improvement through lessons learned and data analytics. Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management. 7-10 years of experience in construction management or development, including at least 3 years in a senior leadership role. Proven track record managing large‑scale, ground‑up residential or commercial projects. Proficiency in Procore, Bluebeam, and advanced Excel skills. Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving abilities. Benefits
