Our office is located in Irving, Texas (Las Colinas). This position will have the following consideration :

Hybrid In office, currently Monday‑Tuesday‑Wednesday each week, with the option to work from home on Thursday and Friday.

Job Description The Head of Product Development must be a strategic leader and visionary to help shape the firm's product strategy and oversee the entire product development lifecycle across the firm's platform. Reporting directly to the CEO, this executive will drive both intermediate and long‑term product strategy, foster new partnerships, and ensure alignment with evolving market trends and client needs.

Key Responsibilities

Defines and executes intermediate and long‑term product development strategies

Leads cross‑functional initiatives to identify market opportunities and develops innovative investment solutions

Serves as a member of the Product Management Committee

Owns the full product development lifecycle from ideation to launch

Evaluates current market vehicles and explores alternative structures and options

Ensures products meet performance, compliance, and operational standards

Maintains a deep understanding of U.S. wealth trends and investor behaviors

Monitors competitive landscape and regulatory developments

Drives innovation in product design, including active ETFs and alternative strategies

Prioritize and refine a high volume of ideas to assess feasibility and align with strategic goals

Works closely with new partners and strategic relationships to support product development initiatives

Collaborates with Asset Management, Sales, Marketing, Legal, and Compliance teams to ensure successful product delivery

Represents Product Development in executive meetings and investor communications

Recruits, develops, and manages a diverse product development team, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and adaptability to handle a high volume of tasks and execute input

Requirements

10+ years of experience in product management or product development within asset management

Deep understanding of the US Wealth Market and current trends within the market

Proven track record of launching and managing successful investment products (e.g., Mutual Funds, ETFs or Interval Funds)

Deep understanding of mutual funds, ETFs, and alternative investment vehicles

Deep understanding of financial markets, investment products, and regulatory environments (e.g., SEC, FINRA)

Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills

Exceptional multitasking and prioritization skills

Bachelor's degree required; MBA or CFA preferred

Preferred Attributes

Familiarity with regulatory filings and fund governance structures

Ability to navigate complex organizational environments and influence senior stakeholders

Strong network within the financial services industry to facilitate partnerships and collaboration
