Senior FOIA Disclosure Product Manager
CGS Federal (Contact Government Services) is seeking an experienced Senior FOIA Disclosure Product Manager to join our Information Technology team supporting the IT mission of a large federal agency. This role focuses on product management and product marketing tasks, ensuring secure, compliant releases of FOIA disclosures.
Pay Range Base pay: $149,760.00 – $216,320.00 per year. Actual compensation is based on skills and experience.

Skills and Attributes for Success
Drive the SecureRelease product and business‑planning process across cross‑functional teams.
Analyze consumer needs, market trends, and potential partnerships from an ROI and build‑vs‑buy perspective.
Assess competitor offerings and identify differentiation opportunities.
Analyze product requirements and develop programs to ensure successful delivery.
Develop, implement, and maintain production timelines across multiple departments.
Lead execution of the SecureRelease product, including research, market and competitive analysis, planning, positioning, roadmap development, and launch.
Translate product strategy into detailed requirements for prototype construction and final product development by engineering teams.
Create product strategy documents covering business cases, use cases, technical requirements, revenue, and ROI.
Analyze market data to develop sales strategies and define product objectives for marketing communications.
Collaborate closely with engineering, production, marketing, and sales teams on development, QA, release, and resource balance.
Develop product positioning and messaging that differentiates Deloitte and its features across primary market segments.
Manage and deliver release notes.
Schedule walkthroughs, client notifications, and product deployments.
Manage the feature requests queue and priorities.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in product design or engineering.
Strong experience in a dynamic product management role.
Proven experience overseeing all elements of the product development lifecycle.
Highly effective cross‑functional team management.
Previous experience delivering finely‑tuned product marketing strategies.
Exceptional writing and editing skills combined with strong presentation and public speaking skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Master’s degree in product design or engineering.
Previous software and web development experience.
Proven experience working as a product developer in a non‑managerial role.
