Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead and deliver complex projects across multiple business units. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing large-scale initiatives, driving cross‑functional collaboration, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget. This role requires exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills, along with expertise in project management methodologies.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end‑to‑end project management for strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies.
Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial tracking for assigned projects.
Identify and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies proactively.
Facilitate communication between stakeholders, including executives, technical teams, and vendors.
Ensure compliance with organizational standards, governance, and regulatory requirements.
Drive continuous improvement through lessons learned and best practices.
Mentor and guide junior project managers and team members.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred).
10+ years of project management experience, with at least 5 years in a senior or lead role.
Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
Proven experience managing multi‑million‑dollar projects and cross‑functional teams.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, JIRA, Confluence, etc.).
PMP or equivalent certification strongly preferred.
Nice‑to‑Have
Experience in IoT, Cloud, or Digital Transformation projects.
Familiarity with regulated environments (e.g., Pharma, Healthcare, Finance).
