We are seeking an experienced
Restaurant Manager
to join our team! As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for the restaurant’s operational performance and financial well-being. You will hire, train, and lead staff, ensuring they reflect the restaurant’s high standards. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with experience managing a successful restaurant. This role oversees daily operations, team performance, and brand standards across two OL'DAYS locations in Manhattan.

Duties and Responsibilities
Develop short and long-term goals and KPIs for the restaurant
Hire, train, and manage employees and conduct periodic performance reviews
Oversee inventory management, labor allocation, and utilize financial analysis to optimize restaurant performanceLead team in providing exceptional customer service
Create and maintain a food and beverage budget
Handle daily ordering and invoicing at the store level
Adhere to all health and safety rules and regulations
Provide sales and productivity reports to upper management
Develop and coordinate marketing efforts and community events
Organize, schedule, and supervise team member shifts, ensuring smooth operations and efficient workflow
Qualifications
High school diploma/GED
Previous restaurant management experience
Familiarity with Microsoft Office, restaurant management software, and POS software
Bilingual proficiency (English and Spanish) is a plus
Ability to remain calm and thrive under pressure
Excellent management and leadership skills
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
