Reports to: Chief Operating Officer
Responsibilities
Coordinate with various teams and stakeholders as required to assess budget, revenue, personnel, and operational needs
Lead status update meetings on operational policies and procedures
Travel to partner locations to assess operations, team functionality, and client relationship management
Attend sales pitch meetings and present operational objectives
Assist in the oversight of new partner/property openings – personnel, budget, gear procurement and installation, etc.
Oversee all team operations, ensuring projects are completed on time and on budget
Manage production agenda and budget
Responsible for the overall successful operation of the Company
Manage a diverse, multi‑disciplined team of professionals
Set clear goals and objectives for the team
Delegate responsibilities to subordinates and provide guidance and direction
Liaise between other members of the leadership team and subordinates
Evaluate subordinates, providing constructive feedback
Manage employee concerns through collaboration with HR
Contribute to the maximization of efficiency and productivity
Maintain acute awareness of market and industry trends
Other related duties as required and/or assigned
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business management or related field; MBA or master’s in related field is a plus
5+ years significant experience in the industry; leadership or management experience preferred
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
Strong team‑building skills and ability to motivate others
Team‑player mindset and willingness to collaborate
Willing to take responsibility and act independently when necessary
Exceptional customer service or hospitality experience required
Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
Planning skills – able to effectively plan ahead
Organization skills – ability to manage multiple projects and tasks
Problem analysis – ability to break down problems and find solutions
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Background check required in accordance with local laws and regulations
