Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and professional Store Manager to join the team at our store. As a Store Manager, you will oversee the operations of your Chatime location, ensuring that your store meets its sales and customer service targets. This role involves hiring and training T-ristas, implementing company policies and procedures. The Cha-Legend is also responsible for maintaining inventory levels, monitoring store expenses and ensuring that your location adheres to health and safety regulations.
You could be required to work in one or various locations and, if need be, divide your time according to meet the needs of each location.
Experience
Minimum of 1 year in supervisory or managerial role. (Restaurant or Café) experience is a plus
Food industry experience a plus- Texas Food Management Cert (is must)
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Ability to set goals and coach team to meet needs of business.
Experience in hiring and developing a team.
Key responsibilities & accountabilities
Conducting weekly and monthly stocktakes
Placing food and product orders
Recruiting & training new team members on drink making, POS, and cleaning processes.
Development and succession of team members from introductory to leadership roles.
End of day reconciliation
Delivering an exceptional customer experience to Chatime standards
Doing rosters and approving timesheets as required
Driving local brand development initiatives
Developing the skill set of team members in sales and customer service.
Ensuring that daily and weekly self-audits are completed through Safety Culture
Taking customer orders over the counter (OTC)
Shaking drinks and cooking pearls preparations according to SOPs
Cash handling and weekly banking.
Following food safety requirements
Cleaning and sanitisation of utensils, surfaces, equipment and floors
Leading and executing local and national marketing campaigns
Completion of e-learning modules
Following safe work and manual handling processes and guidelines
