Job Description We are seeking a passionate and experienced Licensed Clinical Manager to join our office‑based team and drive meaningful change in our community. This role requires strong leadership, onsite presence, and a commitment to clinical excellence and team development. The Clinical Manager will supervise and evaluate staff, assist the Site Director with program planning and growth, provide clinical training, and evaluate clinical documentation. The position requires a positive, supportive attitude and strong decision‑making and critical‑thinking skills.

Responsibilities

Maintain confidentiality of records related to consumer treatment.

Collect information about consumers through interviews, tests, and evaluation of daily functioning within work, family, and other routines, identifying areas needing continued support, resources, and treatment.

Provide therapeutic services to consumers through individual, family, and group sessions consistent with current research, professional standards, and MBI vision and values.

Prepare and complete diagnostic and biopsychosocial assessments, clinical notes, referrals, and treatment plans.

Collaborate with the MBI leadership team to identify, develop, coordinate, and evaluate clinical and non‑clinical training for staff.

Provide expert‑level consultation, guidance, and support to MBI staff, fostering a collaborative environment and promoting excellence in clinical care.

Assist with developing, implementing, and expanding MBI services and programs to address identified gaps in mental health and supportive services.

Conduct follow‑up and after‑care planning services as needed; expedite discharge of inactive clients.

Provide emergency services during work hours and after hours as assigned.

Lead direct supervision of a team of clinical and non‑clinical staff, supporting an interdisciplinary approach to care and employee evaluation.

Attend staff meetings, supervisory conferences, and other activities to ensure the smooth functioning of clinical operations.

Ensure Community Support Workers (CSWs) complete a minimum of 25 SIDA (See, Intervene, Document, Approve) hours each week.

Provide office‑based supervision to transition facilitators, reviewing documents, work productivity, and feedback regarding quality of interaction with consumers.

Maintain compliance with D.C. Mental Health Standards, MBI Health Services regulations, and all federal, state, and local laws.

Complete ten (10) billable hours weekly.

Attend all company‑required trainings.

Perform all other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.

Must be licensed in Washington D.C. as an LPC, LICSW, or Registered Nurse.

Preferred: 2 years of mental and behavioral health experience.

Preferred: 1–3 years of supervisory experience.
