for a temporary assignment supporting a dynamic team in San Jose. This role is ideal for someone with strong technical skills in
ADP Workforce Now
and
Workday HRIS , and a proven track record of managing payroll operations with accuracy and confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities
Process bi-weekly and monthly payroll for multi-state employees
Maintain and audit payroll records, ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations
Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to resolve payroll discrepancies
Manage employee data within Workday and ADP systems
Support year-end reporting and tax filings
Qualifications
5+ years of payroll experience
Proficiency in
ADP Workforce Now
and
Workday HRIS
(required)
Strong understanding of payroll laws and compliance
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Pay: $45/hr - $58/hr
