In Treasury risk management you will assess and mitigate financial risks, assist in cash management and liquidity and optimise capital allocation strategies. You will provide advice in risk analysis, hedging strategies, and regulatory compliance to help clients navigate treasury operations.

Job Responsibilities As a member of the Risk & Regulatory Advisory team you will advise financial institutions on a broad range of credit risk management topics including:
Organization and governance; credit process optimisation; risk rating model design, build and implementation; credit regulatory assessments;
Current Expected Credit Losses (CECL) process and tools.
You will work on a team evaluating, designing and implementing credit risk strategies to support clients in addressing key market challenges. Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree.
At least 8 years of experience.
Preferred: Master’s degree in Business Administration, Statistics, Mathematics, Finance, Economics, or Accounting.
Extensive experience in credit‑related project management, client consultations and credit risk management, preferably in commercial and retail lending, credit process redesign, credit rating frameworks, policy development, and CECL/IFRS 9.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint) and commercial credit tools such as Moody’s, S&P, nCino.
Compensation & Benefits Salary range: $124,000 – $280,000 per year, with eligibility for an annual discretionary bonus. Additional benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k), holiday pay, vacation, personal and family sick leave, and more. For more detail, visit
