At PwC, the Risk & Regulatory Advisory team works with financial institutions to manage regulatory compliance and mitigate financial risks. The role focuses on assessing and mitigating financial risks, advising on cash management, liquidity, and capital allocation strategies, and providing risk analysis, hedging strategies, and regulatory compliance guidance. You will lead engagement teams, drive business growth, and mentor the next generation of leaders while upholding PwC’s values of quality, integrity, and inclusion. Responsibilities
Assess and mitigate financial risks for clients, including cash management, liquidity, and capital allocation. Provide advice on risk analysis, hedging strategies, and regulatory compliance. Lead credit risk management engagements covering organization, governance, credit process optimization, risk rating model design, and implementation. Design and implement credit risk strategies, including CECL processes and tools, and comply with IFRS 9. Drive business growth, shape client engagement direction, and mentor team members. Lead by example, uphold PwC’s reputation, and promote a healthy, inclusive working environment. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred. At least 10 years of experience in credit risk management, regulatory compliance, or related financial services roles. Expertise in credit process redesign, underwriting, credit analysis, risk rating frameworks, and CECL implementation. Proficiency with credit risk analytics tools and reporting technologies (e.g., Moody’s, S&P, nCino). Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and the ability to influence and coach teams. Excellent communication skills for presenting complex information to clients and senior management. Benefits & Compensation
Salary range: $155,000 - $410,000 per year, based on experience, qualifications, and location. All hires are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
