On behalf of our client, we are seeking a highly skilled IP Litigation Associate to join their prestigious IP Litigation team. Qualified candidates will have top‑tier law school credentials and a solid background in IP or patent litigation. An undergraduate degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, computer science, mechanical engineering, chemical engineering, biomedical engineering or related technical fields is strongly preferred. Experience with PTAB disputes or a CAFC clerkship will be considered a significant advantage.
Qualifications The annual compensation ranges from $260,000 to $390,000 based on the candidate’s qualifications and experience.
