We are seeking a strategic, hands‑on Brand Director to lead the development and launch of a category‑defining brand. This role partners closely with creative and strategy leadership to translate brand vision into actionable go‑to‑market strategies, messaging, and visual systems. The ideal candidate has experience launching brands in high‑growth, technical environments and can balance strategic leadership with hands‑on execution.

Key Responsibilities

Set and execute the brand vision, positioning, and strategic direction.

Partner with creative, product, and strategy teams to ensure consistent brand alignment across all touchpoints.

Develop go‑to‑market plans and launch strategies for new products or categories.

Build scalable brand systems and maintain premium, precise brand expression.

Create high‑quality presentations, brand books, and narratives for executives, investors, and stakeholders.

Translate complex technical concepts into accessible messaging for customers, partners, and the market.

Present and defend brand strategy to senior leadership, incorporating feedback effectively.

Track market trends and adjust brand direction to maintain competitive advantage and cultural relevance.

Required Experience

6+ years in brand management, brand strategy, or related roles.

Proven track record of successfully launching products or brands, ideally in a tech or high‑growth startup environment.

Experience leading cross‑functional teams and collaborating across creative, strategy, production, and executive teams.

Required Skills

Expertise in brand architecture, positioning, and narrative development.

Ability to translate executive direction into actionable brand plans and campaigns.

Proficiency in PowerPoint, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and Adobe Creative Suite.

Strong communication, leadership, and collaboration skills.
