Job Title: Director of Operations – Fast Casual Restaurant Chain
Compensation: up to $150,000 per year
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced
Director of Operations
to join our growing fast-casual restaurant chain. This pivotal role will oversee operations for 200+ locations, ensuring adherence to brand standards, operational excellence, and customer satisfaction. The Director will build strong partnerships with store managers, franchisees, and staff, fostering a collaborative and high‑performing culture.
Key responsibilities include monitoring KPIs to drive sales and profitability, mentoring leadership teams, and ensuring compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards. Additionally, this role will collaborate with executive leadership on strategic planning, support growth initiatives through market analysis and seamless integration of new locations, and champion training programs to align teams with company goals.
Qualifications
Experience:
10+ years in multi‑unit franchise operations management, preferably in the fast‑casual or quick‑service restaurant industry.
Must have franchise experience working for a franchisor brand, not a franchisee.
Leadership:
Proven ability to lead large teams, drive performance, and foster strong relationships across diverse teams and stakeholders.
Analytical Skills:
Strong financial acumen with experience in P&L management, forecasting, and strategic planning.
Communication:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively present to senior leadership and influence decision‑making.
Adaptability:
Comfortable in a fast‑paced environment and able to manage competing priorities effectively.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field preferred.
