What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Set the AI product vision and roadmap, defining strategic adoption and development of Generative AI products

Gather and translate requirements by partnering with stakeholders to identify AI‑driven opportunities

Lead team building and people development, managing a team of AI product managers

Drive agile AI execution, overseeing vendor evaluations and guiding agile development cycles

Measure and optimize impact by defining metrics that demonstrate productivity and efficiency gains

What is Required (Qualifications)

12+ years of experience in product management at a technology company, with at least 5+ years in a leadership role

Proven experience leading teams and building internal‑facing AI or ML‑powered products at scale

Deep familiarity with Generative AI and a strong desire to stay current in the field

Demonstrated ability to define vision and strategy in early‑stage product environments

Strong people leadership skills with experience recruiting, mentoring, and scaling high‑performing product teams
