Lead new logo acquisition by generating and converting a consistent flow of qualified pipeline across the assigned U.S. territory Own the entire sales process from outreach to signed contract for net-new enterprise clients Engage with senior HR and IT decision-makers to lead tailored discovery and ROI-driven solution design Navigate complex deal cycles including procurement, compliance, and legal requirements Develop and execute a quarterly territory plan with measurable KPIs and revenue goals What is Required (Qualifications):
Proven track record in enterprise sales with the ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles Strong value-based selling and storytelling skills to resonate with executive buyers Demonstrated success in creating pipeline from a cold start in new or underpenetrated territories Excellent executive communication skills for leading high-stakes conversations Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
