Job Responsibilities
Develop and execute an ambitious roadmap for the GLP‑1 prescribing program, focusing on member satisfaction and clinical outcomes
Collaborate with care team and member operations to align business metrics and objectives
Foster an innovative environment that encourages cross‑functional collaboration and creative problem‑solving
Establish and maintain best practices for tracking progress against corporate and team goals
Utilize AI and machine learning to enhance user experiences and promote medication adherence
Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of product management experience
At least 10 years of combined experience in market/product strategy, product management, consulting, or related fields
Prior experience in consumer‑grade telehealth or health tech
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience
Strong analytical skills and a solid technical understanding
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with user‑centered design practices and methodologies
Proven track record of successfully bringing products from concept to market
Familiarity with A/B testing and experimentation design
Passion for leveraging AI/ML to improve user engagement
Excellent communication skills and ability to foster alignment among stakeholders
