Defending clients in a broad range of employment-related claims Investigating claims and defenses, analyzing liability and damages, and developing case handling strategies Conducting legal research and analysis Drafting letters, memos, motions, and pleadings Preparing discovery request/responses and taking/defending depositions Representing clients at court conferences, hearings, mediations, and trial/arbitration Regularly communicating with partners, associates, paralegals, clients, and opposing counsel 1850 billable hours Requirements
