Territory Sales Manager - Aggregate Processing Equipment, Texas (Dealer)

Overview We are a well-established dealer of crushing, screening, and washing systems. Due to continued growth and a strengthening customer base, we are hiring a Territory Sales Manager to lead sales across key regions of Texas. This role covers equipment, rentals, parts, and service across a mixed customer base in aggregates, recycling, construction, and materials production.
Responsibilities
Take full ownership of a defined Texas sales region, driving equipment and product line growth
Develop strong relationships with quarries, sand and gravel operations, recyclers, contractors, and material producers
Promote a full portfolio of crushers, screeners, conveyors, washing systems, and supporting equipment
Work closely with internal teams and OEM partners to support customers and ensure a smooth sales and after‑sales process
Represent the dealer with professionalism, industry knowledge, and a long‑term customer focus
Achieve set sales targets across equipment, rentals, parts, and service
Grow the brand’s presence by developing new accounts and deepening existing relationships
Track market activity and identify opportunities in quarrying, recycling, and construction
Collaborate with operations, parts, and service to deliver a consistent customer experience
Maintain working knowledge of system planning tools, sizing software, and standard applications such as Microsoft Office
Ideal Candidate Profile
Proven sales experience in crushers, screeners, conveyors, and, ideally, washing systems
Background with a dealer or OEM in aggregate processing equipment
Strong mechanical understanding and confidence in explaining machine capability, performance, and applications
Proactive, self‑led approach with the ability to manage a varied customer base across a large territory
Willingness to travel across your region of Texas to build relationships and win market share
Residency within the territory or willingness to relocate
