Classification STAFF SERVICES MANAGER I

Pay Range $7,172.00 – $8,910.00 (Base pay range. New to State employees will be hired at the minimum for the classification or the minimum of an alternate range if applicable.)

Job Description and Duties The Staff Services Manager I is responsible for managing, supervising, planning, and organizing the activities of the Human Resources employee relations programs, including labor relations and employee relations, to meet the hospital’s employee and labor relations needs. As a working manager, the Employee Relations Manager addresses complex, sensitive performance‑management, progressive‑discipline, and leave‑management cases and may serve as a backup to analysts in the Employee Relations Program as necessary.
