About Us We’re a profitable, fast growing services firm helping startups handle compliance so their teams can stay focused on building. Our customers already have a GRC platform in place — we make it actually work for them. We take as much work off our customers’ plates as possible, giving them leverage on their time and earning the right to be treated as part of their team. We mirror their style and language, adapt to their pace, and always ask: does this make sense for a startup?

The Role As a Junior Deployment Strategist, you’ll be working with a team of Deployment Strategists and our Head of Customer Operations to be the trusted partner guiding our customers through their compliance journey — part project manager, part technologist, part strategist. You’ll fully own customer timelines, anticipate issues before they become problems, and ensure compliance work gets done with excellence and empathy. Your north star: make life easier for both our customers and our internal team.

What You’ll Do

Own customer timelines as part of the broader Customer Operations team for compliance and security deliverables

Proactively manage customer communications, escalating issues before they’re urgent

Shadow customer meetings with confidence and learn to be able to own the meetings outright

Execute technical work with supervision, e.g., setting up infrastructure monitoring, enforcing branch protection, rolling out passkeys

Mirror each customer’s style and tone — become part of their team, not just a vendor

Who You Are

Highly organized and autonomous; you don’t wait to be told what to do, and you enjoy getting projects / task lists to completion

Technically fluent: you can navigate cloud environments and source code management systems comfortably; you understand the key components of a tech stack

Empathetic and customer-obsessed, with the ability to handle sensitive or frustrating situations gracefully and quickly

Startup-savvy: you understand the constraints and mindset of early‑stage companies

Smart, funny, and good‑natured; people like working with you

Someone with one or more software engineering internships, with at least one at a startup

New grad or ~1 year of experience out of college

What Success Looks Like

You become a core part of the Customer Operations team, and people trust you to take on work with them

You deliver technical and customer outcomes independently

You make our team’s and customers’ lives easier
