We’re looking for a

Senior Project Manager

who thrives on building spaces that make a difference. In this role, you’ll lead complex

healthcare construction projects , from cutting‑edge hospitals to medical office buildings, overseeing every phase from pre‑construction to closeout. You’ll be the driving force behind planning, coordination, and delivery while partnering with clients, design teams, and trade partners to bring vital healthcare environments to life.

What You’ll Do

Own the project

from start to finish—planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution.

Lead teams through all phases of

healthcare construction , ensuring safety, quality, and compliance every step of the way.

Partner with superintendents and field teams to manage

logistics, phasing, and infection control (ICRA)

in active healthcare settings.

Build lasting relationships with

clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors

through clear communication and accountability.

Drive

project meetings and financial performance , maintaining schedules and cost control.

Mentor and develop

Project Engineers and Assistant PMs , fostering teamwork and professional growth.

Stay ahead of challenges—resolving issues quickly and keeping projects on track.

What You Bring

7+ years of experience

managing construction projects, with at least

5 years in healthcare

(hospitals, clinics, or MOBs).

Strong skills in

budgeting, scheduling, and contract management .

Working knowledge of

Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Project .

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (preferred).

PMP, LEED, or CHC

certification a plus.
