Monetization Product Manager (Payment Settlement)
Responsibilities
The influencer marketing team connects brands with quality creators, offering precise marketing and efficient conversion capabilities to enhance brand value and sales.
Offers native influencer and ad solutions, optimizing ROI and GMV growth for both ad placements and organic traffic.
Integrates creativity, community, and commerce with AI technology at the core to help brands reach target users and achieve sustainable growth.
Builds a growth engine centered on creativity, driven by AI, ensuring measurable business value from content exploration.
Responsible for global payment fund flow construction and establishing payment systems, coordinating whole‑link management of payments for advertisers and influencers, ensuring payment efficiency, user experience, security, compliance, and fund transfer efficiency.
Explores payment needs of B‑side advertisers and service providers, designs suitable payment solutions combined with market characteristics, including recharge, credit, and bank transfer models and familiarity with mainstream payment methods.
Proposes and promotes optimization plans around online payment pain points, advertisers' usage experience, and conversion bottlenecks to increase penetration and drive business growth.
Integrates payment capabilities and strategies covering settlement, payment and risk control, collaborating with compliance teams such as finance and taxation to build standardized processes that meet influencer business scenarios.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or above, with 3+ years of Product Manager experience; experience in global payment scenarios and advertiser/influencer service platforms is preferred.
Proficient in payment business logic, familiar with mainstream payment methods in various markets, able to independently design payment solutions and drive implementation.
Strong requirements analysis, logical thinking, and solution implementation skills; able to streamline complex business processes and balance user experience with business objectives.
Preferred Qualification
Proficient in English and Mandarin listening, speaking, reading, and writing to support APAC clients and stakeholders.

Job Information – Compensation
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $149,040 – $311,600 annually. Compensation may vary depending on location and individual qualifications. Total package may include discretionary bonuses, incentives, and restricted stock units.
