Salesforce.com Solution Architects drive enterprise Salesforce.com implementations through all project phases—discovery, definition, build, test, and deploy. After our sales team wins a project, you become the main contact for the client, ensuring the project is delivered on time and on budget.
Key Responsibilities
Develop solutions to complex problems and recommend policy changes.
Establish procedures affecting your immediate work area and possibly the broader business function.
Exercise judgment in selecting methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria for achieving results.
Skills and Attributes for Success
Excellent oral and written communication skills, comfortable leading conversations with audiences of all levels.
Lead discovery meetings to identify system requirements and understand business processes.
Experience in Salesforce (SFDC) CRM and multiple end‑to‑end implementations.
Salesforce integration experience and knowledge of middleware tools.
Deep experience with Salesforce, APEX APIs, APEX Triggers, Visualforce, Apex Classes, Apex Web Services, APIs, AppExchange, and Salesforce.com s‑controls.
Hands‑on experience configuring Salesforce.com, Workflow Alerts and Actions, and Approval Workflows.
Lead solutioning and design of the Salesforce platform; identify gaps between current and future state.
Knowledge of Salesforce configuration and platform capabilities.
Work with developers to define and create specifications for custom code or data migration requirements.
Create and manage project timelines and economics to ensure on‑time, on‑budget delivery.
Identify potential risks (people and technology), develop mitigation plans, and support change management efforts.
Application and Tool Analysis.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree (4‑year degree) required.
Typically 4–6 years of relevant experience implementing Salesforce.com with teams of five or more, including hands‑on configuration and customization.
Strong oral and written communication skills, comfortable leading conversations with audiences of all levels.
Familiarity with relational database concepts.
Self‑starter able to handle multiple tasks and priorities.
Excellent communication, leadership, and client development skills.
Salesforce.com certifications.
Willingness to travel based on client needs.
Ideally, You’ll Also Have
Degree emphasis in Computer Science, IT, Computer Engineering, MIS, Mathematics; Master’s degree preferred.
Certifications and prior consulting experience highly preferred.
