Join CBRE as a Finance & Contract Support Manager and lead a team focused on finance strategy and operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
About the Role As the CBRE Finance & Contract Support Manager, you will oversee a team responsible for producing core financial outputs such as annual budgets, monthly forecasts, strategic planning, and management reporting. The role is part of the Financial Strategy and Operations function, maintaining accounting, financial, and reporting policies and controls.
What You’ll Do
Provide formal supervision, monitor training and development, conduct performance evaluations, and coach staff.
Coordinate daily activities, establish schedules, assign tasks, set deadlines, and mentor as needed.
Oversee budgeting, forecasting, strategic planning, and standard management reporting.
Review balance sheet analysis, statements of cash flows, and consolidated reporting packs for accuracy.
Review and approve basic monthly journal entries.
Produce routine and ad‑hoc financial reports, packages, and pro‑forma analyses for senior management.
Coordinate research and preparation of accounting policies and procedures.
Exchange and explain difficult information, convey performance expectations, and handle sensitive issues.
Influence stakeholders to reach agreements and model CBRE RISE values.
Apply cross‑disciplinary knowledge to achieve team objectives.
Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve day‑to‑day and moderately complex issues.
What You’ll Need
Bachelor’s degree preferred with 3‑5 years of relevant experience. Equivalent experience and education will be considered.
Experience in staffing, selection, training, development, coaching, and performance management.
Ability to handle sensitive, complex information and convey expectations.
Leadership skills that motivate team performance and improve efficiency.
In‑depth knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Strong organizational skills and an inquisitive mindset.
Intermediate math skills: ability to compute percentages, fractions, and financial calculations.
Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship now or in the future.
The base salary ranges from $104,500 to $180,000 annually, with discretionary bonuses and benefits.
