What You’ll Do
Lead the monthly close and ensure accurate financial reporting
Oversee journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, and budgeting
Direct AP, AR, general accounting, and treasury functions
Manage fixed assets and support capital expenditure planning
Supervise and mentor a team of four accounting staff
Manage inventory processes, cycle counts, and related metrics
Support cost accounting and provide financial data for proposals
Assist with annual budget planning, audits, and corporate reporting
Partner cross‑functionally to deliver timely and reliable financial insights
What You’ll Bring
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Business (Accounting focus required)
10+ years of progressive accounting and financial analysis experience
Strong Excel skills and the ability to learn new ERP systems
Solid understanding of GL, AP, AR, internal controls, and SOX
Manufacturing and cost accounting background required
Experience managing and developing accounting staff
Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment
