Non-Negotiable:
Bachelor's in Accounting
5+ years of Accounting experience
Strong technical accounting knowledge in Revenue Recognition ASC 606
Desired Skills:

Job Description:
Contract Review and Accounting Compliance (ASC 606): Analyze fully executed customer contracts to determine the appropriate accounting treatment and identify issues, ensuring all revenue is recognized in compliance with generally accepted accounting principles (ASC 606).
Technical Guidance and Support: Review draft customer contracts and offer revenue accounting guidance to Legal and Sales teams as needed.
Documentation and Research: Prepare supporting revenue accounting documentation, such as checklists and position papers, and assist with technical research on complex revenue accounting matters.
Create and maintain revenue schedules in NetSuite.
Analyze general ledger activity to identify and explain variances between budget and actuals as well as variances between given time periods.
