Senior Associate, Transaction Services
Location: Denver, Colorado
Base pay range $100,000 – $130,000 per year
About the role Join our fast‑scaling advisory firm as a Senior Associate on our Transaction Services team. You’ll impact growing businesses, build your expertise in mergers, acquisitions, and financial advisory, and work in the lower to middle market—most often private‑equity backed.

What You’ll Do
Lead and support Transaction Services engagements, including Quality of Earnings (QoE) analysis (buy‑side and sell‑side).
Perform financial due diligence and modeling.
Clean up historical accounting for transactions.
Act as a client liaison during the transaction process.
Collaborate with and train Associates while contributing to firm operations.
Engage in business development to expand the firm’s client base.
What You Bring
2–4 years of experience in Transaction Services (or TAS) with prior audit experience preferred.
CPA license highly preferred.
Background from a Big‑4 firm or similar caliber valued but not required.
Entrepreneurial mindset, confidence without cockiness, and hunger to grow.
