We are working closely with an advisory firm looking to hire a Senior Associate in Transaction Services.
Base Pay Range $100,000 – $130,000 per year + bonuses and commission on new client referrals.
Job Details You’ll work with private equity firms, founder‑led businesses, and investors throughout the deal lifecycle. Common projects include:
Quality of Earnings (QoE) analysis – buy‑side and sell‑side
Accounting clean‑up in preparation for transactions
Acting as a point of contact during due diligence
Acquisition diligence and financial modeling
Responsibilities
Support Transaction Services engagements
Develop reports, financial analyses, and client‑ready deliverables
Contribute to business development efforts
Engage in internal operations and team culture
Mentor and train junior team members
Qualifications
2+ years of Transaction Services/Financial Due Diligence experience
Experience working for a Big 4 public accounting firm in the TAS/FDD practice group
CPA preferred but not required
Background in audit is a plus
