Key Responsibilities
Manage daily fund accounting activities and financial reporting for investment partnerships and managed accounts.
Compile and interpret internal and external financial data to produce accurate client deliverables.
Serve as a key liaison with fund managers and administrators to ensure precise performance tracking.
Verify and reconcile performance metrics from underlying managers with attention to detail.
Contribute to the preparation of financial statements, audit documentation, and regulatory filings.
Perform analytical reviews of weekly and monthly fund performance and investor reporting packages.
Provide timely support to investment and client service teams through ad hoc data analysis requests.
Engage in special projects and drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and reporting quality.
Qualifications & Ideal Candidate
3-8+ years of experience in public accounting (public accounting preferred – willing to train on industry) or investment management fund accounting experience.
Strong technical expertise in fund accounting, financial reporting, and partnership structures.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, sophisticated investment environment.
