Construction Management Sourcing Manager
Base pay range: $40.00/hr - $47.00/hr
Responsibilities
Drive strategic global sourcing initiatives that support planning and construction projects.
Develop comprehensive sourcing work packages, manage general contractor and specialty contractor selections, procure back‑of‑house (BOH) equipment, and oversee all construction‑related purchasing required for destination development.
Develop and execute sourcing strategies for all construction‑related services, including general contractors, subcontractors, engineering firms, and construction management providers.
Build detailed scopes of work and bid packages aligned with construction standards, including cost breakdowns and Division 16‑aligned bid leveling structures (Electrical, Power Distribution, Communications, controls, etc.).
Lead full RFP cycles—drafting, issuing, managing Q&A, conducting pre‑bid meetings, and analyzing responses.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
5‑8+ years of experience in strategic sourcing for construction, capital projects, or large‑scale development.
Strong experience running RFPs, conducting bid leveling, and evaluating proposals across construction trades—including Division 16 procurement categories (electrical systems, equipment, power distribution, lighting, communications, etc.).
Proven ability to source general contractors, specialty contractors, and construction management services.
Demonstrated success negotiating contracts, commercial terms, and managing change orders.
Strong supplier performance management and vendor relationship skills.
