Position Summary As a Regional Field Service Manager, you will oversee the installation, maintenance, testing, troubleshooting, and repair of dental, radiography, and associated equipment for Benco customers in your region. Your role is essential in ensuring compliance with customer specifications and company requirements while completing all functions on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities
Assist, coach, evaluate, and improve performance of regional service/installation technicians
Collaborate with the Regional Sales Manager to achieve regional labor sales goals
Ensure service technicians follow time and attendance reporting requirements and that PTO reflects assigned work
Hold service technicians accountable for their responsibilities
Coordinate and conduct scheduled meetings with all regional personnel
Maintain high customer service satisfaction rates
Requirements
Education/Experience
Associate Degree in Business or BioMed Technology
5 Years of experience in a service industry
Previous management experience
Physical
Routine walking, bending, kneeling, squatting, sitting, standing, reaching, and twisting
Frequent lifting and moving of items weighing 1–55 lb, with occasional lifting of 56–100 lb
Routine use of tools, manual dexterity, and ability to work in tight spaces
Frequent travel to customer sites (daily) and occasional use of power tools
Compensation Base pay range: $95,000.00 – $110,000.00 (the low and high ends of the hiring salary range for qualified applicants). Actual salaries may vary based on location, experience, and performance. Additional financial rewards may include bonuses, profit sharing, and paid time off.
