Our senior living community in Beverly, MA is a beautiful and historic building, inviting residents for both Assisted Living and Memory Care. We are looking for a skilled and energetic team member who is interested in creating and nurturing a strong network and community.
Job Description Reporting to the Executive Director , the
Sales Director
works closely with the Executive Director in the development and execution of the marketing plan, ensuring to meet or exceed the sales budget and occupancy goals.
Salary: $79,000-80,000 Yearly
Commission
Responsibilities and Duties
Conduct phone and direct sales calls in accordance with established goals, ensuring leasing expectations are met or exceeded.
Manage all move-ins/move-outs to achieve maximum revenue performance for the community.
Communicate incoming resident’s needs and requirements to the Health & Wellness Director.
Actively maintain a meaningful wait list.
Assist in lead generating activities to ensure adequate leads are produced in order to meet performance expectations.
Manage and maintain a working knowledge of the lead tracking and marketing software programs and systems.
Assist in motivating and rewarding associates to meet or exceed performance expectations in consultation with the Executive Director.
Maintain an active, working knowledge of current competition.
Maintain and communicate current product information to associates (pricing, program changes, promotional programs).
Create and maintain a positive image of the community with residents, the community, and other associates.
Complete all mandatory compliance, HIPAA and state and federal regulatory training, as required.
Maintain appropriate degree of confidentiality.
Qualifications
3 years of experience in Senior Living, or closely related industry, preferred.
Bachelor’s Degree from a four-year college or university, or one to two years related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Knowledgeable of the industry, as well as the laws, regulations and guidelines governing the community.
Proficiency in computer skills, Microsoft Office (Windows, Outlook, Excel) with the ability to learn new applications.
Physical Abilities
While performing the duties of this job, the associate is often required to stand, walk, sit, use fine and gross motor skills, reach with hands and arms, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, talk, hear, and smell.
An individual in this position will be required to lift or carry weight in up to 25 lbs. Intermittent physical activity includes lifting and supporting residents. The associate must use proper body mechanics.
