We’re seeking a detail‑oriented
Accountant
to join our growing finance team. This role supports accurate financial reporting, month‑end close, budgeting, and long‑term planning across a rapidly expanding organization. If you enjoy digging into the numbers, improving processes, and being part of a team that promotes from within, this is a great opportunity to grow your career.
What You’ll Do:
Prepare monthly journal entries and adjust account balances
Produce monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
Complete account reconciliations and ensure general ledger accuracy
Create financial reports for internal stakeholders
Support the Controller and CFO with ongoing finance operations
Assist with budget analysis and long‑term projections
Support month‑end close processes
Assist with year‑end close and tax preparation
What We’re Looking For:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
3+ years of corporate accounting experience
Strong user of Excel
QuickBooks experience is a plus
Healthcare industry experience a plus
Compensation: Salary range: $65,000 – $75,000 annually, plus bonus incentive eligibility.
