Position Overview
We are seeking a strategic, innovative, and results‑driven Director of Product Development to lead the vision, roadmap, and execution of our product development initiatives. This senior‑level leader will oversee cross‑functional teams to bring world‑class products to market, aligning development efforts with company goals and customer needs. Define and drive the overall product development strategy in alignment with business objectives. Lead, mentor, and grow a high‑performing product development team. Identify opportunities for innovation and process improvement across the product lifecycle. Oversee the end‑to‑end product development process from ideation to launch and post‑launch optimization. Manage product portfolios, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation. Implement best practices for agile product development, ensuring high quality and speed to market. Collaborate closely with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer success teams. Present product strategies and updates to executive leadership and key stakeholders. Maintain open communication channels across teams and promote a culture of transparency and accountability. Drive user‑centric product development based on market research, user feedback, competitive analysis, and business data. Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging technologies, and market shifts to inform strategy. Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field (Master’s preferred). 8+ years of experience in product development, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. Proven track record of successfully launching and scaling products in a relevant industry. Strong understanding of agile methodologies, product lifecycle management, and go‑to‑market strategies.
