Staff Accountant

Position: Staff Accountant (3–6 month remote contract). The role reports to the Global Controller and focuses on AR/AP processing, billing, bank reconciliations, system‑driven accounting tasks across multiple regions, invoicing, payment processing, reconciliations, and general accounting operations.

Salary: $25–$30/hr DOE. Remote: 100% remote. Requires comfort operating in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment.

Job Description

Process AR and AP transactions across multiple entities

Generate invoices and apply customer receipts

Prepare credit/debit memos and credit notes

Reconcile bank accounts and AP/AR subledgers

Upload, review, and process AP items and payments

Send weekly AR statements and support collections

Job Requirements

1–2+ years of accounting experience (AR/AP/Billing/Bank Recs)

Strong Excel skills and high comfort with accounting/CRM systems

Ability to work in a dynamic SaaS environment

Experience with Sage Intacct or Salesforce a plus

Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently and cross‑functionally
