Overview Our client is one of the fastest-growing beauty companies in the world looking for an FP&A Manager. Their brands are sold in more than 60 countries around the world.
Responsibilities As FP&A Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the financial future of our organization.
Develop accurate and detailed financial forecasts, including sales, profit, and cash flow projections.
Conduct in-depth financial analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
Prepare and manage comprehensive budgets, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Commercial/Operations/Marketing) to drive business growth and profitability.
Partner with the marketing team to analyze the return on ad spend, identifying opportunities for optimization to drive consumption and brand share growth.
Develop and analyze metrics to assess brand and customer profitability, including market share, pricing, and cost structure.
Support decision making for strategic initiatives, corporate development, and other special projects.
Requirements
BS in Business/Accounting or related degree
5+ years of professional experience (2-3 years of CPG FP&A experience preferred)
Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks and work independently
Ability to take the initiative and work well with peers, managers and leadership to achieve needed customer goals
Experience with ERP and reporting systems (e.g. Tableau, et)
Strong proficiency in Excel, incl. vlookups, pivot tables, and basic financial modeling
Excellent mathematical, analytical skills and problem-solving skills
Accuracy and attention to detail
Sense of ownership and accountability
Self-directed/motivated
Flexible and adaptable
Willingness to roll up sleeves in order to ensure excellence in execution
Passion for the company and its mission
