Director of Financial Planning and Analysis

Director of Financial Planning and Analysis Sage Search Partners has been engaged by a growing, PE backed, multi‑site retail company HQ'd in the DFW area to find their next FP&A leader. This role, reporting to the CFO, will be instrumental in their continued success as it will have ownership of forecasting, budgeting, and strategy for the organization. They are looking for a change agent who can create and drive initiatives and implement them company‑wide – an excellent position for a candidate ready to take the next step in their career.

Responsibilities

Serve as the financial SME for budgeting and forecasting

Assist CFO on strategic initiatives including turning operational initiatives into actionable & financial implementations

Own modeling and forecasting

Qualifications

Bachelor's in Finance, Economics or another business‑related field

6+ years of corporate finance experience, focusing on budgeting and forecasting for the corporation along with business units

3+ years of strategy work, focusing on GTM and other initiatives
