Base Pay Range $120,000.00 / yr - $135,000.00 / yr
Director at Manning Personnel Group, Inc. Our client, a growing life sciences organization, is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to support scientific and corporate teams. This role will work closely with leadership to shape people strategies, strengthen team effectiveness, and foster a high-performing and inclusive culture across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute HR strategies that support the organization’s short- and long-term goals.
Serve as a trusted advisor to leaders by offering guidance on team dynamics, organizational structure, and employee experience.
Build strong relationships with employees and managers to help drive engagement, support retention, and address workplace needs.
Collaborate with HR colleagues to ensure employee insights are considered in HR programs, processes, and policy decisions.
Partner with leaders to forecast workforce needs, define role requirements, and support the hiring and selection process for assigned departments.
Analyze trends in performance, engagement, and turnover to recommend data-driven improvements.
Support the design and implementation of initiatives that strengthen team performance and reinforce a collaborative work environment.
Work with HR and legal partners on employee relations matters to ensure compliance with local employment regulations.
Lead or contribute to HR projects and initiatives that enhance organizational capability and employee experience.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
6–8 years of HR and HRBP experience within the life sciences industry.
Prior experience supporting scientific or R&D teams strongly preferred.
Demonstrated ability to build trust, navigate sensitive situations, and foster positive working relationships.
Proactive and adaptable; able to manage competing priorities with a high degree of accuracy and professionalism.
Base Compensation: $120,000-$135,000
