Represent clients in commercial real estate transactions including acquisitions, dispositions, financing, leasing, and development. Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of real estate documents (purchase and sale agreements, leases, loan documents, development agreements). Conduct due diligence, including title and survey review, and coordinate with title companies, lenders, and other parties. Provide strategic legal advice and develop innovative solutions to complex real estate matters. Collaborate with attorneys and support staff to ensure best outcomes. Maintain accurate and up-to-date case files and documentation. Meet billable hour requirements and record time efficiently. Requirements
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Admission to the Florida Bar. Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial real estate law. Strong knowledge of real estate law and transaction procedures. Excellent research, writing, and oral advocacy skills. Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines effectively. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Seniority Level
