U.S. Consultant / Senior Consultant – Operations & Supply Chain - 2025

About the Opportunity L.E.K. Consulting is a leading strategy consulting firm that partners with clients to deliver breakthrough insights and real impact. Our Organization & Performance practice helps organizations align structures and operations with strategic objectives to drive sustainable growth. Within this practice, the Operations & Supply Chain team supports clients in evolving supply chain strategies and improving performance across the entire end‑to‑end chain.
Key Responsibilities
Break down and outline the client’s key strategic issues.
Design and supervise the team’s core research tasks and analyses day‑to‑day.
Develop presentations and other deliverable structures.
Communicate project conclusions and recommendations to client senior management.
Provide guidance, mentorship, and feedback to more junior staff.
Travel to client sites as needed to deepen engagement and contribute to deliverables.

Qualifications and Experience Needed
MBA from a renowned school with outstanding academic achievement or 3–5 years of full‑time professional experience in a relevant field.
Strong Operations & Supply Chain experience – consulting, industry roles or a blend of both; purely corporate experience considered selectively.
Exceptional analytical and problem‑solving skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Demonstrated leadership, initiative and ability to thrive in a team‑oriented environment.
Enthusiasm, resilience and a desire to continuously learn and grow.
Compensation and Benefits Competitive salary commensurate with experience: base salary $185,000 USD for Consultant, $200,000 USD for Senior Consultant. Total potential compensation ranges from $250,000 USD to $290,000 USD, depending on performance bonuses and profit sharing. Benefits include 401(k), health/dental/vision insurance, paid vacation and holidays, sick leave, short and long‑term disability insurance.
Eligibility International candidates accepted; L.E.K. will assist with work‑authorization requests, though approvals are not guaranteed.
