Responsibilities
Plan and execute the annual budgeting and financial forecasting process
Build financial reporting models relating to long-term budget planning
Partner with business units cross-functionally for the firm's long‑range planning
Create budget‑to‑actual and variance analysis reports and present to leadership
Establish and monitor financial KPIs to track trends
Forecast risk vs opportunity in long‑term business strategies
Manage and mentor junior team members
Participate in ad‑hoc strategic projects as needed
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
5+ years of relevant FP&A experience
Experience within large complex organizations
Strong systems skills and experience partnering with technology teams
Excellent communication and business partnering skills
Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment
Senior level: Mid‑Senior level
