Responsibilities
- Plan and execute the annual budgeting and financial forecasting process
- Build financial reporting models relating to long-term budget planning
- Partner with business units cross-functionally for the firm's long‑range planning
- Create budget‑to‑actual and variance analysis reports and present to leadership
- Establish and monitor financial KPIs to track trends
- Forecast risk vs opportunity in long‑term business strategies
- Manage and mentor junior team members
- Participate in ad‑hoc strategic projects as needed
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- 5+ years of relevant FP&A experience
- Experience within large complex organizations
- Strong systems skills and experience partnering with technology teams
- Excellent communication and business partnering skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment
