Base pay range
$95,000.00/yr - $130,000.00/yr
As the FP&A Manager in our Business Services team, you will lead financial planning and analysis across ASICS Digital and ASICS Technology. You will partner with global technology and digital leadership to drive financial transparency, optimize performance, and enable informed decision‑making.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as a trusted advisor to Technology and Digital leadership, providing actionable insights to guide financial decisions and operational efficiency.
Drive the financial planning cycle, including annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long‑range planning processes across both business units.
Develop and maintain consolidated financial models, scenario analyses, and dashboards to support strategic initiatives.
Own monthly management reporting packages for senior leadership and global stakeholders.
Conduct variance analysis against budgets and forecasts, identifying key drivers and recommending corrective actions.
Prepare executive‑level presentations and executive summaries highlighting KPIs, trends, and strategic priorities.
Partner with all Departments and Domains to align financial plans with business objectives.
Support ERP and FP&A tool optimization initiatives for improved forecasting and reporting accuracy.
Ensure adherence to internal controls, corporate policies, and regulatory standards across regions.
Drive process improvements and automation in budgeting, forecasting, and reporting cycles.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics; MBA or CPA/CIMA preferred.
8+ years of progressive FP&A or corporate finance experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial or leadership role.
Competencies
Strong foundation in finance business partnering, with the ability to translate financial data into actionable insights.
Comfortable with implementing structure and establishing a robust FP&A function.
Advanced financial modelling and forecasting expertise.
Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP) and FP&A tools.
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to operate in a fast‑paced, global matrix organization.
