About the Role Due to practice growth, Our Client is seeking an experienced Tax Senior to join their team. This role will assist with tax compliance and planning for a wide range of clients, including businesses in healthcare, construction, real‑estate, manufacturing, broker‑dealers, and professional services, as well as high‑net‑worth individuals. This is an excellent opportunity to build technical expertise while contributing to the development of staff and playing a key role in the continued success of the firm.
Responsibilities
Prepare and review tax returns for individuals, partnerships, corporations, trusts, and other entities.
Provide tax planning strategies and consulting for a diverse client base.
Manage multiple priorities and client demands in a fast‑paced environment.
Train, mentor, and develop junior staff members.
Collaborate with partners and managers to deliver exceptional client service.
Qualifications
4–6 years of recent public accounting experience with a focus on tax.
CPA strongly preferred; required for advancement to Partner track.
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Demonstrated leadership and staff development abilities.
